I took two super fun, educational, and delicious tours with Holly, of the Lower East Side and Tribeca. As a local, I was shocked at how many new things I learned about my city - history from the 1600s to the 2000s, neighborhood secrets and hidden architectural gems, beautiful street art, and last but not least, the best unique sweet treats NYC has to offer. Holly knows her stuff and the tours were interactive, entertaining, well researched, and well paced. Highly recommended for tourists and New Yorkers alike who want to go beyond the long lines of the Empire State Building, Statue of Liberty, and other touristy sites and instead hear some fascinating and unforgettable stories about the city’s most charming neighborhoods!

I had a fantastic time on my tour! I took the Lower East Side tour with Holly. The meeting place was easy to find, and Holly was waiting for me when I got there. She was very friendly and excited to show me around the LES. We saw a nice mixture of historical sites, more recent points of interest, and some trendy bars and restaurants. Holly was very knowledgeable about the area and was able to paint a vibrant picture of years gone by. It was interesting to hear how the varying ethnic groups came to call this part of the city their home, and to see little touches they left behind generations later. She also had interesting tidbits of information about the area that she shared as well, while we walked from place to place. We ended the tour with a stop at a fantastic dessert restaurant! I look forward to taking more of her tours in the future.
